3.消音器表面温度要求苛刻条件下，可选装外置（可内置）隔热棉，采用厚度15mm，密度135kg/m³，隔热棉时，平均温度低于70℃（消音器表面温度过高可造成液压系统油温高及橡胶管路老化），也可采用防烫伤隔热板网。

1、消音器内部结构属阻抗复合式，功率可配套20kw-90kw。以发动机功率不同外形直径可选Φ90-Φ650mm。
2、消音器表面可选静电喷涂有机硅高温黑漆，在小于600度条件下不起泡、不脱落、不变白粉化（也可选耐高温、耐盐雾的热镀铝合金涂层)。
3、消音器插入损失>15dB、功率损失<2。
4、消音器背压不超过10Kpa。
5、为减少功率损失、增强降噪效果，可选装降噪系数(NRC）0.65消音棉。
